Returns

You may return your purchase within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date for any reason, provided there has been no damage or alteration.

There are no returns permitted on special orders. Special orders include but are not limited to any item that is sized, engraved, altered and/or custom made. Exchanges are permitted on these items only at management's discretion. 

A copy of the sales receipt must accompany all returns. 

Warranty 

There is a 30 day warranty on all items except for center diamond and center colored stones. Center diamonds and center colored stones are warranted for 10 days. This warranty covers defects in manufacturing only. (based on our inspection and sole determination), and expressly excludes coverage for excessive wear and tear, physicals or accidental abuse, loss and theft. It will be our discretion as to whether we repair or replace the piece. Improper repairs or warranty services performed by someone other than Collections Fine jewelry will render this warranty null and void. 

You are responsible for insuring your purchase to protect against damage, theft, or loss.
